Charles Benyayer

Charles Benyayer currently serves as the Managing Director of Visiativ Academy, overseeing the training division's P&L and responsible for the execution of the "Fit4Growth" operational efficiency program. Previously, Charles held positions at Visiativ as Chief of Staff to the Chief Solutions & Innovation Officer and as Director of the CATALYST Transformation Program, managing a portfolio of 45 projects aimed at enhancing products and services. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Capgemini Invent, where Charles specialized in digital transformation in the telecommunications sector, and Director of Transformation at Orange, focusing on operational model effectiveness and change management. Charles began a career in marketing strategy at France Telecom Long Distance and holds degrees from ESCP Business School and the Asian Institute of Technology.
