Lovisa Dombrowe is an experienced professional in transformation management and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Transformation Management at Visiba Care since May 2018. With a passion for contributing to better and more sustainable healthcare, Lovisa has also held multiple roles at Visiba Care, including Team Lead Manager and Customer Success Manager, focusing on facilitating digital interactions between healthcare providers and patients through a white-label care platform. Prior to Visiba Care, Lovisa was the Acting Head of Customer Success at IHM Business School and gained significant experience as a Senior Logistic Coordinator at Caterpillar Inc. and in sales support and logistics at Berg Propulsion. Lovisa’s educational background includes training from IHM Business School and Dale Carnegie Training, highlighting a strong foundation in business and marketing.
