Alexander Labowitz, Esq. is a Co-Founder at Visible since 2022. Previously, they worked as the Chief Legal Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Cadre from 2015 to 2022. Before that, they were a Real Estate Attorney (Associate) at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 2012 to 2015, and at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 2010 to 2012. Alexander also served as a Museum Intern at the Museum of Jewish Heritage from 2008 to 2009 and was a Summer Law Clerk to The Honorable Justice David Friedman at the Appellate Division, First Department in 2007.

Alexander Labowitz, Esq. completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued a visiting JD program at New York University School of Law from 2008 to 2009, further expanding their legal knowledge and understanding. In addition to their formal education, Alexander has obtained several certifications related to the securities industry from FINRA, including the Series 24 - General Securities Principal Examination, Series 66 - Uniform Combined State Law Examination, and Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination.
