Matt DeMaria began their work experience as a Store Manager at Fast Communications from January 1997 to February 2004. Matt then joined Boost Mobile in June 2004 as an Associate Account Executive, where they played a key role in the national launch of the pay-as-you-go division. In October 2005, they became a Senior Market Manager at Boost Mobile, where they achieved significant sales growth and executed successful cooperative marketing campaigns. Matt continued working at Boost Mobile as a National Account Manager from June 2009 to October 2010, managing relationships with national indirect distributors and leading direct-response television relationships.

Matt then joined Sprint in October 2010 as a Sales Operations & Strategy Manager, Channel Programs, where they successfully coordinated retail promotions and achieved significant sales growth. Matt later took on the role of Manager, Channel Inventory Programs & Strategy, where they improved supply chain processes and developed analytical reports for inventory management.

In April 2016, Matt joined a Prepaid MVNO as a Sr. Manager, focusing on channel sales, programs, and strategy. Matt developed and implemented a comprehensive channel strategy, including distribution growth efforts and retailer communication strategies. In June 2018, Matt became an Independent Consultant, before joining Boost Mobile again in June 2019 as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager. In this role, they developed marketing strategies, coordinated cross-functional meetings, and led presentations for consumer promotions. Currently, Matt is working at Visible as a Product Marketing Manager, focusing on value proposition and product development.

Matt DeMaria attended Stony Brook University from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Multi Disciplinary Studies. Their chosen fields of study were Economics, Political Science, and History.
