Memo Romero

Vice President of Packaging at VisIC Technologies

Memo Romero has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Memo started their career at Motorola Semiconductor, where they worked as a Design Engineer from 1990 to 1996. In 2008, they founded MaxQ Technology, LLC, a packaging and thermal management company for the power electronics industry. During their time there, they served as a Founder and Technology Consultant until 2019. In 2019, Memo became the Founder and Senior Advisor at Athena 3D Manufacturing, a provider of production quality 3D printed components for all industries. Lastly, in 2020, they joined VisIC Technologies Ltd. as the Vice President of Packaging.

Memo Romero attended Stanford University from 1989 to 1990, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1989, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
