Sean McInnes

Sean McInnes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sean is currently working as a Human Resource Manager at Visikol since October 2021. Prior to this, Sean served as an Advisory Board Member at Transformative Leadership Pace University Lubin School of Business from August 2020. In 2017, they held the position of Director of Student Development at Emergence Church, where they managed campus coordinators, led change management processes, and developed a leadership development program. Before that, Sean worked as a Leadership Coach at Next Level Leading in 2017, where they coached leaders, facilitated team dynamics, and conducted organizational assessments. Sean also has experience as the Director of Student & Group Development at Bethlehem Church from 2007 until 2017, where they provided leadership coaching, supervised volunteer recruitment and training, and delivered training material. Sean's earlier experience includes working as a Project and Site Supervisor at Highlight Custom Painting from 2006 to 2007, where they were responsible for quality control, marketing, and supervision. Sean also served as the Director of Student Development at Cherry Hill Baptist Church from 2003 to 2006, where they planned and led training programs, recruited and trained volunteers, and implemented a student leadership development program.
