Stephanie Winardi has had a variety of work experience in the marketing and media industry. Stephanie started their career in 2009 as an Event Coordinator for PT. Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh (TRANS7), where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Stephanie worked as an Activation Manager for AMG, PT Alternative Media Group. In 2018, they joined Visinema as the VP of Marketing and CMO.

Stephanie Winardi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management. Stephanie pursued their education at the LSPR Communication and Business Institute, although no specific dates or duration were provided.
