John Mele has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John began their career at Sears Teleserv in 1998, where they served as an ASA NCR Supervisor. During this time, they provided support to ASA coordinators and customer service representatives while also representing the company at various events.
In 2003, John joined First Magnus Financial Corporation as an Account Executive and later took on the role of Help Desk Coordinator, where they provided support to mortgage brokers and trained new hire account executives. John continued in this position until 2007.
From 2008 to 2010, John worked at Field Asset Services as a Contact Management Team Lead. In this role, they managed and coordinated a regional team responsible for maintaining and preparing foreclosed properties for sale. John also provided support to other departments and monitored service levels.
In 2010, John joined Visio Financial Services as a Senior Account Manager/Mortgage Loan Originator. John originated and funded investor mortgage loans while effectively managing a pipeline and contact database. John maximized lead creation and retention to exceed departmental and company goals.
From 2015 to 2019, John worked at Ten-X as a Sales & Operations Coordinator. In this role, they developed strategies for lead generation, prospecting new business, and sales in the wholesale residential real estate marketplace. John also built and established markets, managed network partners, and communicated feedback to product strategy.
Most recently, in 2019, John joined Visio Lending as an Account Executive.
