Luisa Ferronato

Luisa Ferronato is an accomplished Business Technology Manager at Vision Australia since July 2006, where expertise includes developing capabilities in core business systems such as Salesforce.com, Skedulo, and NetSuite. As a Business Transformation Consultant, Luisa has successfully led significant projects, including the implementation of NetSuite ERP and the NSW Spectacles Program, focusing on change management and process improvement to support growth and enhance service delivery in aged care and disability services. Previous roles include Manager Assistive Technology Services and National Program Manager for Equipment Solutions at the Royal Blind Society of NSW, as well as Occupational Therapist and Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Sydney.
