Vanessa Smith

Vanessa Smith is an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead at Vision Australia since March 2023, with a strong background in the disability sector. Prior to this role, Vanessa served as Talent Acquisition & Projects Manager at Sunnyfield from April 2017 to November 2022, focusing on leading talent acquisition and delivering people, learning, and culture projects. Vanessa's extensive experience at Randstad (January 2004 - April 2017) included leadership positions in volume recruitment and development, as well as managing Accounting & Finance Teams across various sectors. Vanessa holds a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from Macquarie University, a Graduate Certificate of Applied Coaching from the Australian College of Applied Professions, and is pursuing a Diploma of Positive Psychology & Wellbeing from Langley Group Institute.
