Celeste Garcia

Celeste Garcia is the Owner of Vision Consulting, LLC, a management consulting firm established in September 2004 that specializes in organization development, strategic planning, and process improvement for government and nonprofit sectors. Prior to this, Celeste served as the Managing Director of Consulting Services at Ivy Planning Group from September 2001 to September 2004 and as a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from July 1990 to June 2001. Celeste holds a Master of Public Policy with a focus on Human Services from Harvard Kennedy School (1988-1990) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University (1981-1985).
