Gary Laing

Gary Laing is an accomplished Project Manager at Vision Events since May 2025, with extensive experience in lighting design and technical management. Previously, Gary worked as a Lighting Designer at RWS Entertainment Group, where six production shows were designed for MSC Armonia. A diverse freelance career includes roles as a HETV Lighting Technician, with credits on notable projects like Shetland and House of Dragons. Gary has also served as a Technical Manager at Falkirk Town Hall Theatre, overseeing a team and more than 100 productions annually. Education includes a BA in Stage Management from Queen Margaret University.
