Tram Nguyen

Tram Nguyen is an experienced Senior Orthoptist at Vision Eye Institute since February 2020, specializing in comprehensive orthoptic assessments, diagnostic testing, and assisting in laser refractive surgery preparations. Additionally, Tram serves as an Optical Assistant/Clinic Coordinator at Specsavers, overseeing store operations, staff efficiency, and maximizing patient conversion while excelling in lens dispensing and customer education. Previous experience includes a Student Orthoptist role at Moorfields Eye Hospital, where Tram conducted assessments for strabismus patients, and various customer service positions in retail and hospitality that honed skills in sales, customer relations, and operations. Tram holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from the University of Sydney and a Master's degree in Orthoptics from the University of Technology Sydney.
