Wendy Penn

Wendy Penn is a skilled optical professional with extensive experience in patient care and communication. Currently serving as a Patient Communications Officer at Vision Eye Institute since March 2022, Wendy previously held the position of Senior Optical Dispenser at David Hendry Eye Q Optometrists from February 2018 to October 2022, and worked as a Patient Care Manager at Sure Optical between May 2010 and February 2018. Wendy's expertise includes patient pre-testing, 3D OCT scanning, lens selection and discussions, contact lens education, dispensing glasses, and managing patient accounts. Additionally, Wendy has experience in staff training and stock control. Wendy holds a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing obtained from Randwick Tafe in 2016 and completed secondary education at SCECGS Redlands from 1982 to 1987.
