Dalia Eid

Dalia Eid is an experienced HR specialist and leader with a strong background in community and organizational development. Currently, Dalia holds the position of HR-specialist Ledarskapsstrateg at Nyköpings kommun since March 2019, while also serving as 2:e vice ordförande and Förbundsstyrelseledamot at Vision Fackförbund since March 2016. Dalia previously worked as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on leadership and community-building, and served as a course leader for the Integrationspedagogutbildning at Campus Nyköping. Dalia's earlier roles include social worker and treatment assistant at Nyköpings kommun, with experience in handling unaccompanied refugee minors at Hässleholms kommun, as well as customer service and sales at Clas Ohlson. Dalia's education includes degrees in Political Science and Behavioral Science from various esteemed institutions, including Harvard Kennedy School and Malmö högskola.
