Lotta Söderlund

Lotta Söderlund has extensive experience in labor rights and career coaching, currently serving as an ombudsman and career coach at Vision Fackförbund since January 2005. Responsibilities include conducting labor negotiations, providing training in labor law and collective agreements, and coaching union representatives. Previous roles include serving as an assistant ombudsman at Personalorganisationen inom Svenska missionskyrkan and as a rehabilitation officer at Svenska kyrkans rikskansli, where support for long-term sick leave processes was provided.
