Alicia Cronin

Alicia Cronin is a marketing consultant at Vision Factory since January 2020, specializing in the promotion of events and courses online. Prior to this role, Cronin gained valuable customer service experience as a waitress at PizzaExpress from May 2019 to August 2020 and as a banquet waitress at Killarney Oaks Hotel and Wedding Venue from April 2016 to May 2019, where a certificate for Excellence in Customer Service from Fáilte Ireland was received. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Instructor at Tina Reid Art Camp, providing support to children with various needs from April 2015 to August 2018. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Limerick, completed in 2022, and possesses additional education from Presentation School Killarney with a Level 6 certification.
