Darin Grohs

Darin Grohs serves as the Director of Culinary Operations Boutique and Lifestyle at Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. since January 2020. With extensive experience in food and beverage management, Darin held previous roles including Director of Food and Beverage at notable establishments such as the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa, Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, and La Valencia Hotel. Darin's career began with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where responsibilities included serving as Complex Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director, overseeing multiple hotels' food and beverage departments, and leading teams that significantly improved guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Darin is a graduate of California State University-Monterey Bay with an Executive Master's in Business Administration and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University along with an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes.
