John Post

John Post is an experienced sales and marketing professional currently serving as the Area Director of Sales at Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. since March 2024. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director of Sales Marketing at DeFoor Hospitality Group from March 2022 to March 2024, as well as Sales Manager at both DeFoor Hospitality Group and The Chattanoogan from October 2017 to March 2022. Earlier in John’s career, the role of Special Events Manager was held at Hunter Museum of American Art, and a sales position was held at TGI Fridays. John also has a military background, having served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from August 1992 to August 1996. Education was completed at Hixson High School, where a High School Diploma in General Education was earned.
