Shakti Singh Naruka has extensive experience in team leadership and recruitment, currently serving as a Team Leader at Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd. since February 2019, where responsibilities include building and training a team of 300 associates for project completion. In addition, Shakti has been a Freelance Translator for Enuncia Global since 2018 and an Insurance Advisor for Life Insurance Corporation of India and The New India Assurance Company Ltd. since 2009. Shakti holds a degree in Social Science with a focus on Public Administration, Political Science, and Economics from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, completed in June 2006.
