Elisa Chadwick

Elisa Chadwick is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Vision Innovation Partners since June 2018, Elisa previously held pivotal roles at TLC Laser Eye Centers from 2000 to 2018, notably as Regional Director for the Northeast Atlantic, overseeing 17 refractive surgery centers with a substantial revenue generation of $38 million. Elisa was instrumental in achieving 44% of the overall revenue and 48% of EBITA for the brand during tenure. Earlier career experiences include positions as General Manager and Director of Reimbursement at Accuhealth, Inc. from 1994 to 2000. Elisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management from Salve Regina University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
