Yasser Yaqub

Yasser Yaqub is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President - Legal at Vision Invest since June 2022. Concurrently, Yasser holds a position on the Board of Advisors for Sacred Groves. Prior roles include Partner at DWF, where expertise encompassed project finance, structured finance, corporate finance, Islamic finance, private equity, commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and divestments from November 2019 to June 2022. Yasser served as Executive Director - Legal (Projects) and Head of Finance at ACWA Power from 2017 to November 2019 and was an International Partner at Chadbourne & Parke LLP from 2008 to 2015. Yasser's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, History, and Russian Literature from Northwestern University and a Bar Vocational Course from The University of Law.
