Will Sullivan

Will Sullivan is the Founder and Executive Producer at Vision One Agency, a creative video agency based in Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles, specializing in commercial, social, documentary, stop motion animation, and short films since February 2020. Prior to this role, Will served as the Director of Media at Advanced Energy Group from January 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included driving media and storytelling initiatives. Will also held the position of Director of Video Production and Lead Video Creative at RoboToaster LLC from November 2012 to February 2020, overseeing a range of creative services. Earlier work experience includes a role as Production Manager at Smilebooth and as a Barista at Starbucks. Will earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Editing from Columbia College Chicago between 2009 and 2013, and completed a GED at Libertyville High School in 2009.
