Andrew Estrain

Andrew Estrain is a professional planner and analyst with extensive experience in regional planning and land-use policy. Currently employed at Vision Planning and Consulting since May 2016, Andrew previously worked as a Graduate Assistant at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from August 2015 to May 2017 and gained valuable experience as a Regional Planner Intern with the Maryland Department of Planning from August 2014 to May 2015, where assistance was provided to local governments in land-use planning in alignment with Maryland's Smart Growth policies. Additional experience includes an internship with the Howard County Department of Planning and Zoning during the summer of 2014. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Geography with a focus on Regional Planning from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Salisbury University.
