Israel Chaffin

Israel Chaffin is currently the CIO at Vision Preparatory Charter School. Prior to that, they were the leadership director at Macadvantage and before that, they were the supervisor at iKnow Help Desk.

Israel Chaffin has a long history of working in customer service and support. Israel began their career as an intern at iKnow Help Desk and was quickly promoted to supervisor. In this role, they took on a variety of administrative and managerial duties, including maintaining the employee schedule, managing the parts inventory and monitoring employee progress and proficiency.

After a few years at iKnow Help Desk, Israel Chaffin transitioned to Macadvantage, where they served as the leadership director. In this role, they supported the president and CEO in business strategy and company vision. Israel also led the service and sales teams while supporting customer service needs for both individual and corporate accounts.

Most recently, Israel Chaffin has taken on the role of CIO at Vision Preparatory Charter School. In this role, they are responsible for leading the school's technology initiatives and ensuring that all students have access to the resources they need to succeed.
