Gareth Morley

Gareth Morley is an experienced leader in the arts and library sectors, currently serving as the Director of Arts, Culture & Libraries at Vision - Redbridge Culture & Leisure since May 2011. Prior to this role, Gareth held significant positions at the London Borough of Redbridge, including Head of Culture & Libraries and Library Service Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Service Head for Performance & Planning at the London Borough of Newham, where responsibilities encompassed service policy and planning, performance management, and cultural services. Earlier in the career, Gareth worked as a Service Development Librarian at the London Borough of Lewisham. Educational background includes attendance at Caterham High School Sixth Form from 1996 to 1998.
