Bo Hodgkiss has a diverse work experience in the engineering and project management field. Bo started their career as a Project Engineer - Intern at CONSOL Energy in 2011, where they supervised projects at the Shoemaker Mine. Later, they joined CONSOL Energy again in 2012 as an Industrial Engineer - Coal, conducting time/efficiency studies and coordinating with vendors. In 2013, Bo worked as a Project Engineer, overseeing site safety and compliance for contractors and supervising the installation of coal production belts. In 2014, they became an Applied Improvements Engineer - Gas, leading a project team in developing a long-term drilling schedule. Bo also served as a Rotation Engineer, responsible for maintaining safety policies, and as a Production Control Operator, standardizing production alarms. In 2017, they joined CNX as an Optimization Engineer, implementing process changes that resulted in a significant increase in net asset value. Bo later became a Senior Pipeline and Facilities Engineer at CNX, managing the planning and execution phases of pipeline and gas facilities projects. Bo's most recent role is as the Director - Engineering and Project Execution at Vision RNG.
Bo Hodgkiss attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
