Chrissy Patel

Chrissy Patel is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at VSP Vision since May 2022, Chrissy focuses on supporting Organizational Change Readiness for the Vision Care business. In addition, Chrissy is an active member of the Motherhood Community with Moms First since June 2024. Previous experience includes positions such as Human Resources Manager at Loyola University Chicago, Provider Recruitment Associate at Oak Street Health, and Human Resources Information System Analyst at Mars. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from National Louis University, a Master of Arts in Social Justice and Community Development from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Hiram College.
