Danielle Yokoi Mizuno

Danielle Yokoi Mizuno serves as the Sr. Vice President of HR Operations at VSP Vision, a position held since October 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing human resources operations to align with strategic organizational goals. Prior roles include Sr. Director of HRIS, Compensation & Compliance, and Sr. Compensation Analyst, focusing on managing HR information systems and compensation programs. Danielle has been actively involved with the National Industry Liaison Group as a Pacific Region Board Member and has served as Conference Co-Chair for the 2023 National ILG Conference. Previous experience includes leadership roles in various ILG conferences and consulting on Affirmative Action Plans at Biddle Consulting Group. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from California State University, Sacramento.
