Isabel Jackson

Isabel Jackson is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at both VSP Global and VSP Vision Care since March 2020, Isabel previously held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition and Technical Recruiter at Talentscale from June 2016 to March 2020. At Talentscale, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Isabel focused on providing staff augmentation and personnel services. Earlier in the career, Isabel spent a decade at Aerotek, starting as an Account Manager and advancing to Account Recruiting Manager, specializing in placing Laboratory Technicians, Chemists, and Scientists in Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Agricultural sectors. Isabel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of the Pacific between 2003 and 2006.
