Vanessa Gray is a seasoned eCommerce professional with extensive experience in site experience and optimization. Currently serving as the Manager of eCommerce Site Experience & Optimization at VSP Vision since January 2021, Vanessa previously held several key positions at YDesign Group, including Director and Senior Manager of eCommerce Site Marketing & Optimization. Vanessa’s career spans various roles, from managing web content and promotional strategies to leading site marketing teams and overseeing Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. With a strong background in analytics, optimization, and customer support, Vanessa has consistently driven results and fostered collaborative environments across multiple organizations. Vanessa holds a B.A. in Economics from San Francisco State University.
