Kathryn Sanders-Smith

Kathryn Sanders-Smith is an experienced professional in the field of member development and practice performance, currently serving as the Director of Member Development at Vision Source® since February 2015. Kathryn has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Senior Director of Practice Performance, Director of Practice Performance, Director of Network Development, and Business Development Area Manager. Prior to Vision Source®, Kathryn worked at Bausch & Lomb from June 2008 to January 2015 as an Executive Vision Care Territory Manager and Certified Field Trainer. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness, Communications from The Ohio State University and is a graduate of Upper Arlington High School.
