Nick Pratley

Nick Pratley is currently the Head of Human Resources at Vision Super since June 2021. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of General Manager - People and Culture at Ultradata from July 2008 to June 2021. With a background spanning over two decades, Nick has gained experience in various HR roles at companies such as IWL, Unisys Australia, Entertainment UK, Citibank, and Ernst & Young. Nick holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde, with earlier education at the University of Hull, Desborough, and Claires Court.
