Igor Khoruzhiy

Igor Khoruzhiy has extensive work experience in the technology and engineering field. Igor is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Vision Systems | Smart ML outstaff since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Rostov Radio Research Institute for over two decades. At the institute, Igor held various roles including Deputy Head of Department, where they led departmental research and development, software development, and testing processes. Igor also managed projects and provided support in software design and development, systems integration, and hardware testing. Additionally, Igor served as a Software Engineering Team Lead. Igor'sexpertise includes general software development, fiber optics, satellite communication, and mobile communication technologies.

Igor Khoruzhiy attended Rostov State Transport University from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry.
