Anne Rouand

Anne Rouand is an experienced HR professional currently serving as RRH at Vision Systems - Architect of Innovations since June 2015. Responsibilities include managing social relations, overseeing legal and disciplinary matters, and leading HR initiatives. Previous roles include HRBP, where Anne supported managers with team development and managed various HR processes, as well as HR roles in recruitment, training, and payroll management across multiple organizations. Anne holds a Master’s degree in Management and Human Resource Direction from the Institut de Gestion Sociale Lyon and a DUT in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from IUT GEA Lyon 1. Additionally, Anne has pursued further education in English in Dublin since 2015.
