Victoria Alba

Victoria Alba is currently the Head of Human Resources at Vision To Learn. Previously, Victoria served as the Director of Human Resources at The Eli and Edythe Broad Foundation and as a Human Resources Manager at Houlihan Lokey. With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Northridge, Victoria has extensive experience in leading HR teams, implementing HR frameworks and processes, recruiting, performance management, and overseeing benefits programs in various organizations.
