Currently serving as a Parts Sales Specialist at Vision Truck Group since September 2018, Gurpreet attends to walk-in customers, addressing their needs with parts sales, customer advisory, stocking, shipping, and handling. Prior to this role, Gurpreet worked as an Automotive Parts Advisor at Part Source, where responsibilities included utilizing software to identify automotive parts, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Gurpreet's background also includes quality assurance and control positions at FGF Brands and Johnvince Foods, respectively, focusing on product and process monitoring. Early experience as a Sales Associate at Rainbow Paint, Floor & Decor emphasized customer interactions and complaint resolution.
