Established in 1995, Vision's service exists primarily to assist not at fault motorists with mobility solutions following a collision in their vehicle. We assist the public directly and via our huge network of partners throughout the UK which includes; body repairers, recovery operators, insurance brokers, car dealerships, vehicle service centres, solicitors and claims companies. We offer 24/7 helpline support in the minutes, hours and days following a collision. We provide fast onward mobility in a replacement vehicle until our customer's vehicle is repaired or upto 7 days after we receive a settlement cheque if their car is deemed beyond economical repair. Our service includes:- Immediate independent advice, recovery and mobility options (we are trained to advise and manage post accident situations for innocent drivers) No policy excess to pay (we don’t believe drivers should pay if the accident wasn’t their fault) A like-4-like replacement vehicle (including, 4 x4’s, vans, prestige/sports cars & people carriers) (because a small courtesy car doesn’t fit everyone’s lifestyle) Repair of our customer's vehicle at a garage of their choice or negotiation of a settlement figure (we make it our job to get our customers the best outcome) Settlement of the driver's claim with minimum input from them (our team of experts take care of everything)
