Araya Noon Hutasuwan

Araya Noon Hutasuwan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, investment, and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Vision Ventures since April 2024, Araya also holds the position of MHV Scout at Monk's Hill Ventures, focusing on angel investing in early-stage tech startups in Southeast Asia. As Co-Founder and Director of RD Capital, Araya contributes to impact investing in social enterprises in Thailand. With a strong background in advisory roles at Algoritma Data Science School and Snapcart, Araya has managed investor relations and consulted on IPO preparations. Previous experience includes a Vice President role at Ardent Capital, facilitating corporate development deals for a portfolio of companies, and significant achievements in investment banking at Phatra Securities Plc, including leading major mergers and acquisitions. Araya holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's in Finance from Thammasat University.
