Kasia Bayliss has a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience as Head of FP&A at European Lifecare Group, Finance Business Partner and Group Management Accountant at Vision plc, and Group Finance Director at Frances King. Kasia is currently serving as the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Vision plc. Kasia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Financial Management from the University of Westminster, a postgraduate diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is an Associate Member of CIMA.
