Kristin Fayer

Kristin Fayer is an accomplished marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in healthcare communications. Currently serving as Vice President at Vision2Voice Healthcare Communications since June 2022, Kristin supports business development for a firm specializing in biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries, while managing multichannel marketing and content strategies. Prior to this role, Kristin spent over 22 years at Outlook Marketing Services, Inc. as Senior Vice President, where leadership of the Life Sciences practice was a key focus. Additional experience includes positions at Searle (Monsanto Company) as Director of Public Affairs, and various roles in public relations with Manning Selvage and Lee, Ruder Finn, and Corporate Communications Associates. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Composition and Communication from DePauw University and has completed training at Academy Leadership.
