Richard Hall

Richard Hall is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support, sales, and education. Currently employed at Vision33 as an IT Support Analyst since January 2017, Richard supports clients globally. Prior experience includes a role as a Computer Sales Representative at Best Buy Canada, where client purchasing decisions for electronic products were guided. Richard also participated in a work term at Husky Energy focusing on IT networking and system management, and served as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Etech Global Services, providing technical support for various systems. Richard’s early career involved teaching I.T. to young students at St. Hope ECI & Preparatory School and maintaining systems at Godfrey Stewart High School. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Computer Systems and Networking from the College of the North Atlantic, an Associate's Degree in System Administration from HEART Trust, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming and Networking from the Caribbean Institute of Technology.
