Stephen Rafac

Stephen Rafac is the current GM of the Midwest Region for Vision33 USA. Stephen has over 20 years of experience in business software solutions and application development.

Rafac started their career in 1992 as the owner and president of Beverage Equipment Supply Co. Stephen then spent three years as the Vice President of Manitowoc Foodservice from 2002-2005. In 2005, they became the owner and managing partner of the SAP Division for DMC Technology Group. Stephen oversaw the successful sale and transition of the internal SAP Division to Vision33 in 2012.

Rafac has been with Vision33 since July 2012 and has been instrumental in the company's growth and profitability. Stephen is a respected leader in the industry and is known for their innovative thinking and ability to get the most out of their team.

Stephen Rafac earned a MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business with a focus in business and entrepreneurship. Stephen also holds a BS from The University of Akron in computer science. Prior to attending college, they completed a college/university preparatory and advanced high school/secondary diploma program at St. John's Jesuit High School in Toledo, Ohio.
