Casey Merchant has accumulated extensive experience in the networking field through roles at Visionary Broadband and Mammoth Networks since March 2021, serving as both Network Engineer 1 and Network Administrator, as well as Technical Support Agent and Technical Support Specialist. Prior to this, Casey held the position of Autonomous Technology Specialist at Arch Resources, Inc. from February 2012 to March 2021. Education includes studies through Coursera from 2019 to 2021, enhancing technical expertise in network management and support.
