Parker Kale McGarvey

Land Development Project Manager at Visionary Homes

Parker Kale McGarvey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as an Engineering Intern at Layton City Corporation in 2013 and 2014, where they worked under the direction of city and staff engineers, preparing bid and water quality documents, and reviewing dedication plats. In 2014, Parker also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow at Utah State University, where they taught mathematics and chemistry review sessions and provided tutoring to students.

In 2015, Parker joined AQUA Engineering, Inc as a Project Engineer I, gaining valuable experience in engineering project management. They then transitioned to Bach Homes in 2016 as an Assistant Project Manager, where they played a key role in project coordination and management.

In 2018, Parker joined CW LAND Co as a Project Manager, overseeing projects and ensuring their successful completion. Most recently, in 2020, Parker joined Visionary Homes as a Land Development Project Manager, where they continue to utilize their expertise in project management and land development.

Throughout their career, Parker has demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a solid understanding of engineering principles and project management. Overall, they bring a well-rounded skillset to any team or organization.

Parker Kale McGarvey pursued their education in civil engineering, with a focus on stormwater management. Parker Kale began their academic journey in 2011 at Weber State University, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General studies in 2012. From there, they transferred to Utah State University, where they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Parker Kale McGarvey obtained a certification as a Registered Storm Water Inspector in December 2016. This certification was obtained through the Utah Chapter of the American Public Works Association and the Utah Storm Water Advisory Committee.
