Rupert Reeve

Rupert Reeve has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Rupert began their career as a Software Engineer at Citect from 1992 to 1996, where they developed software for industrial automation. Rupert then joined CISRA in 1996 and held various roles, including Software Engineer and Senior Manager. At CISRA, Rupert worked on the development and shipping of Windows application software, managing teams and implementing defect management processes. Rupert stayed with CISRA until 2019. In 2020, Rupert joined Visionary Machines as the VP of Planning and IP, where they focus on enabling machines to see and disrupting the autonomous navigation space.

Rupert Reeve completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical (Hons) from the University of Newcastle, specializing in Electronics and Automated Control. Rupert attended the university from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Rupert also obtained several certifications. These include "Foundations of Business Strategy" and "An Introduction to Marketing" from Coursera, which they completed in August and July 2014, respectively. Rupert also completed "An Introduction to Operations Management" in May 2014, "An Introduction to Financial Accounting" in November 2013, and "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" in July 2013, all from Coursera as well.
