Michal Procházka

Michal Procházka has a significant work history in the field of computer science. Michal is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer for VisionCraft, s.r.o. since August 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Computer Science, Masaryk University, starting in February 2006. Simultaneously, they held the position of Senior Researcher at CESNET, z.s.p.o., where they were a member of the Network Identity department. Michal provided advisory services to the Perun identity and access management development team and played a key role in the development of the Czech academic identity federation. Before these roles, Michal Procházka worked as a Programmer at eStudio from 2002 to 2004.

Michal Procházka has a comprehensive education history. In 2001, they began their academic journey at Masaryk University Brno, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics, which they completed in 2003. Building upon this foundation, from 2003 to 2006, Michal Procházka continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree equivalent, known as Mgr., in Applied Informatics.

Michal Procházka's dedication to education led him to further expand their knowledge in the field of Identity Management and Computer Security. From 2007 to 2010, they pursued a degree of RNDr. (Doctor of Natural Sciences) at Masaryk University Brno. During this period, Michal Procházka deepened their understanding of identity management and computer security, laying the groundwork for their future research.

Motivated by their passion for exploring the intersection of identity federations and computer security, Michal Procházka decided to pursue a higher level of academic achievement. From 2007 to 2015, they dedicated himself to completing their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Identity Federations and Computer Security at Masaryk University Brno. This extensive doctoral program provided Michal Procházka with advanced expertise in their chosen fields of study.

Overall, Michal Procházka's educational endeavors have spanned several years and have equipped him with a strong foundation in applied informatics, as well as specialized knowledge in identity management, computer security, and identity federations.
