Salman Wajid Mian has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Salman began their career as a Research Officer at the National Institute for Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering - Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission in 1999. Salman then worked at TRG World as a Lead Supervisor in Traffic Operations from 2002 to 2004. Salman joined Mobilink as a Floor Manager in the Call Center Lahore from 2004 to 2006. At Telenor, they served as an Assistant Manager in the Call Center & Outsourcing division from 2006 to 2007. Salman held various positions at CMPak, Pakistan, including Manager Contact Center from 2007 to 2008, Sr Manager Contact Centres & Support Centre from 2009 to 2012, and Director Virtual Services (Contact Centers/Support Center/Alternate Service Channels) from 2012 to 2013. Salman Wajid Mian has an extensive education history. Salman obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the National College Of Business Administration & Economics from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned an M.Sc. in Molecular Biology from the University of the Punjab from 1997 to 1999.
