Shiv Onkar Deepak Kumar

Shiv Onkar Deepak Kumar, PhD, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in AI consultancy and project management. Currently serving as the Head of AI for DocVu.ai at Visionet Systems Inc., Shiv began providing independent AI consultancy for various startups in February 2024. Previously, Shiv held significant roles including Chief Data Scientist at Infosys, where responsibilities included managing analytics projects, and Vice President and Head of Data Science at Straive, focusing on GenAI, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies. Additional experience includes project management at Lumen Technologies and Finastra, and technical leadership at Hewlett Packard. Shiv holds an integrated MS and BS in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
