Lian Huai

Lian Huai has extensive work experience in various organizations. From 2020 to the present, Lian worked as the People and Culture Director at VisionFund Myanmar. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2020, Lian held the position of Head of HR & Training at BRAC. Lian also worked at ADRA from 2006 to 2014, initially as the HR & Admin Director from 2011 to 2014 and then as the Finance Director from 2006 to 2010.

Lian Huai pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration degree from 1994 to 1998. Their field of study during this time was Management & Accountancy.
